As part of Parsons for Social Justice Research Assistant, I created The Millones de Maneras web design for trans artisans from Karmata Rua, Antioquia, features a monochromatic portfolio with accents of color, creating a sleek and modern aesthetic. The neutral tones serve as a subtle backdrop that allows the artisans’ work to take center stage. Strategic pops of color highlight key sections, such as project titles and featured works, adding vibrancy without overwhelming the content. This design approach ensures a clean, intuitive user experience, showcasing the artisans craftsmanship while reflecting the platform’s mission of inclusivity and creativity. The balance of simplicity and visual interest engages visitors and effectively highlights the work of Karmata Rua’s trans artisans.
